Site for A non-pharmacological multi-modal therapy to improve sleep and cognition to reduce mild cognitive impairment risk
The overall objective of the proposed study is to develop a non-pharmacological means to address sleep deficiencies and well-being in older adults.
Participants in this 8wk clinical trial have wireless sleep monitoring at home and receive 7 tele-health consultations with a qualified clinical therapist for personalized sleep analysis. Participants wear watch-like devices 24hrs/day, and regularly complete surveys and brain tests using the provided study devices. Participants may optionally provide 2 blood samples.

Inclusion Criteria:
Personal residence has access to WiFiResident of PA state (for tax purposes)
60-90 years old
Living independently
Have sufficient insomnia symptoms
Exclusion Criteria:
Have a pacemakerIllicit drug use in the past month
Serious mental health diagnosis
Currently engaged in Insomnia therapy
Cohabitating with a current or previous participant
Prevention, Sleep Management, Mental & Behavioral Health
