Defining the contribution of B cells in HS and mechanistic studies of B cell depleting therapies to advance therapies for Hidradenitis Suppurativa
Collection of skin and blood samples from healthy skin and Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) patients to better understand the altered signaling pathways in HS patients.
This is a one-time visit where biopsies will be collected (small punches of skin about the size of an eraser head)- 2 for HS subjects and 1 for Healthy Skin Volunteers, blood will also be drawn and a photo of the biopsy site will be taken.
