Site for Systemic Allergic Reactions to SARS-COV-2 Vaccination

Clinical research study to learn whether individuals with known allergies or individuals with mast cell disorders are more likely to have an allergic reaction to the new Pfizer and Moderna COVID19 vaccines compared to individuals who do not have allergies or a mast cell disorder.

Inclusion Criteria:
Able to understand and provide informed consent
Male or non-pregnant females 18 to 69 years of age
Females of childbearing potential must have a negative pregnancy test
Females of reproductive potential/sexually active must agree to use FDA approved methods of birth control
High-Allergy and Mast Cell Disorder
Exclusion Criteria:
Inability or unwillingness to give written informed consent
Prior receipt of any doses of the Pfizer, Moderna, or any other COVID-19 vaccine
History of a severe reaction to any component of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine or Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine
History of contact dermatitis with confirmed patch test reaction to PEG
Known exposure to SARS-CoV-2 and still within the quarantine window
COVID-19, Allergies
