Inclusion Criteria:
A diagnosis of severe aplastic anemia.
Less than 75 years of age at time of enrollment.
Failed at least one trial of immunosuppressive therapy.
Exclusion Criteria:
Inherited bone marrow failure syndromes.
Diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome.
Prior allogeneic stem cell transplant or solid organ transplant.
