Inclusion Criteria:
A physician-documented parkinsonian symptom onset between the ages of 40-59 will Patients should not have reached their 65th birthday.
Patients that have tremor, rigidity, and bradykinesia unilaterally
Exclusion Criteria:
DementiaAutonomic dysfunction
Parkinson-plus syndrome
Postural instability
History of exposure to substances that cause parkinsonism
