This study is looking to see if a new self-insertable vaginal ring has potential to replace oral hormone suppressing pills for treating endometriosis pain.
Diagnosis of endometriosis pre-menopausal females age 18 and over history of regular menstrual cycles moderate to severe endometriosis related pain
Exclusion Criteria:
pregnant or breastfeeding chronic pelvic or abdominal, or lower back pain not related to endometriosis history of recurrent bacterial or fungal vaginal infection current use of hormonal medication will require a washout period
